Chef Keely
After three decades of owning a successful construction company, at age fifty Keely Shawn retired, regrouped and made the decision to go back to school to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a Chef. After graduation and amidst the height of the Corona Virus, the goal of opening her own restaurant was not realistic, but even a Global Pandemic was not going to stand in the way of her passions. Pivoting, Chef Keely, distinct and determined opened instead, a dining company specializing in private outdoor family style dinners with quality rustic fare…and
A Conceptual Dining Company was born. Chef Keely prides herself on supporting small local businesses whenever possible, from ingredients and live entertainment, all the way down to the tiny visual touches that make her gatherings so special. She believes in family, friendships, community and connection. We welcome ALL to come have a seat at our table, to laugh, to dine, to meet new people, and to experience for yourself a one of a kind event.
